Actually, I know how to do it for other .po files in the project, but not for
the specific pootle-terminology.po file. In the web UI of pootle this option
for this file does not exist.
It seems you created an empty file in Pootle. Why do you want to
download it? Did you try upload a local po file to replace
pootle-terminology.po in Pootle?
