By "this morning" i take it you meant tomorrow, which is today at last and the chapter 5 is done along with the preface.  

I don't think you are to blame for the bad link.  It looked like the sort of thing that would have been legit before a sensible re-organisation/re-filing at the Lulu end.  These things are inevitable as change is inevitable.  So, it's good to see that we are so quick to respond that we fixed it before anyone noticed and grumbled.  All good :)
