Thank you for starting this. However I have a really big problem with the use of Google Docs. People may not want to subscribe nor to rely on Google services. We have pads (http://pad.documentfoundation.org) and you can open one rather easily. As long as we will continue to use Google Docs many people simply won't contribute to our discussion.
