We talked about this issue. Etherpad needs plugins to deal with images and the
Wiki is not easily accessible, at least not everybody has permission to edit.
So we decided to run our sessions on GDrive (1), publish the results on blog
posts (2) for discussion with the community, come to a conclusion in the UX
team which is reported in the minutes (3) and file a feature request on the
bug tracker (4) when finalized.

I fully understand that you chose the more convenient ways and tools to
work for you and thank you very much for the work your doing also.
What is disturbing me is that the material you produced to achieve this
work is not made available on an open access with a suitable license for
our project. Would it be possible that at the end, when the work is
finished, you upload the documents to OwnCloud or to Redmine or to the
wiki, what seems the most easy and adapted for you? If you don't have
the time, let me know I'm willing to help.

Cheers
Sophie
