Obviously I'm not the only one with a word in this. If I'm the only one
finding it too strong, let it. If there are more people, lets pick it up.

Holding users to obligations of their "Responsibilities" is the correct
connotation, we are asking them to help and telling them how. I don't think
it is too strong a statement--at least in English.  Might need more finesse
in other translations.
