I think you should also collect user's UI, as some people will have UIs
which dont equal the locale. You may want to record the system's locale,
as a user i spoke to had to use English (GB) rather than English (India)
as it didnt have spellchecking.
Anything else? Cannot promise I can do everything, though ;-)
