On the final version of Windows 8, the transparency effects in Aero
are going to be turned off entirely it seems. Office 2012 already
dropped the transparent frame entirely, and Visual Studio 2012 also
has a custom window frame. If we can implement a "soft" and
Metro-influenced look for the Windows version, we might have a good
chance.
