Whiteboards have a specific process, and, yes, they should have deadlines.
With the playground, we don't necessarily need a solution, but we want
people to play with our design to see if they can do better than what we
have. If people like what they see, the design may get implemented. If a
better design surfaces later, then it may be implemented as well. Right
now, the playground is strictly for visual design, while the interaction
design should stay untouched.
