[libreoffice-design] Re: Bold and Italic icons

1. The letters, which have a slope of the line, have a poor appearance when
the scale will be changes, if there is no transparency.
2. National community might want to use the familiar images in the
"\cmd\{lang}\..". Look at the picture.
