The time is based on the Doodle poll we took [1]. 16:00 GMT suited most
people. If new members come and add to the poll or if old members change
their times, then we could move the meeting.
I don't see that happening anytime soon, though, as at least 3 members
would have to add/change their time to move it 2 hours earlier.
