The master build (currently LODev4.3.0alpha+) has dropped JAB completely and implements 
IAccessible2, and 
is available in most recent form here:

http://dev-builds.libreoffice.org/daily/master/Win-x86@39/current/

The LibreOffice 4.2.0 RC2 retains JAB (and its activation methods), and implements IAccessible2 by 
selection
Of the "Enable experimental features" checkbox on the Tools --> Options --> Advanced panel. It is 
available here:
