A Internet, 1 de xullo, 2011 - The Document Foundation anuncia a
publicación da LibreOffice 3.4.1, a segunda versión estábel da nova
familia 3.4, enfocada a todos os individuos e empresas. LibreOffice

grandes empresas e usuarios conservadores, decidiu fornecer dúas
versións diferentes do software, para satisfacer tanto as necesidades
de usuarios avanzados que buscan as novas funcionalidades como as de
usuarios máis prudentes que prefiren a estabilidade antes cás
funcionalidades.

LibreOffice 3.4.1 provides stable new features to every user

The Internet, July 1st, 2011 - The Document Foundation announces the
release of LibreOffice 3.4.1, the second stable version of the newer
3.4 family, targeted to all individuals and enterprises. LibreOffice
3.4.1 solves several bugs affecting the previous version, and can be
safely implemented for production by most users.

Large enterprises, deploying LibreOffice on hundreds or thousands of
PCs, are still suggested to implement LibreOffice 3.3.3 - tested over
several months by thousands of individual users worldwide - choosing a
professional support backed version.

The Document Foundation, recognizing the specific needs of large
enterprises and conservative users, has decided to provide two
different versions of the software, in order to satisfy both the needs
of power users looking for the latest features and of more prudent
users looking for stability over features.

Versions announced as stable can be safely implemented in work
environment, as bugs might hamper single features but don't have an
impact on the overall quality and safety of documents.
