Καλό είναι (όχι απαραίτητο) να κάνετε λήψη και εγκατάσταση τα αντίστοιχα αρχεία βοήθειας:

Μετά τη λήψη κάθε αρχείου πρέπει να κάνετε διπλό κλικ στο αρχείο και να ακολουθήσετε τα βήματα του
διαλόγου που θα εμφανιστεί.
Ποιο μέρος της διαδικασίας ακολουθήσατε και δεν ολοκληρώθηκε;
