@ Marco: Dein Beitrag ist gut und spricht genau die richtigen möglichen
Probleme an.
Ob es Lösungen für Arztpraxen (welche Fachrichtung?) gibt, kann man am
Besten mit einem EDV-Systemhaus klären. Gerade wenn man man mit der
Verwaltung eines Linux-Systems keine Erfahrung hat, ist die Hilfe eines
Systemhauses notwendig.
Im Übrigen gibt es sehr gute - und sehr teure - Lösungen auch für MacOS.
Dann ist definitiv auch neue Hardware notwendig.
