ich selber verwende Ahnenblatt, gibt es auch als kostenlose Version. https://www.ahnenblatt.de/

Ansonsten auch hier mal schauen:

Die Daten sind zwischen unterschiedlichen Programmen austauschbar und werden meist im Gecom Format (GED) gespeichert.

Ob das dann mit Deiner eigenen Datenbank kompatibel wäre, weiß ich nicht.
