Hallo Niels,
ich kenne keine solche Möglichkeit in LibreOffice Writer.
Aber probiere doch mal, ob dein Screenreader sich bei den folgenden zwei
Vorgehensweisen verschieden verhält:
Fall A
Füge ein Bild direkt in den Text ein und erstelle dann das PDF. Schalte
den "Universal Accessibility" check beim PDF Export ab oder ignoriere
seine Warnung.
Fall B
Füge das Bild zunächst in ein Draw-Dokument ein. Dann kopiere es von
dort und füge es im Writer mit dem Filter "Drawing Format" ein. Das ist
in meiner englischen LibreOffice Version der erste Eintrag in der
Einfügen-Drop-Down-Liste. Exportiere das Dokument dann als PDF.
Da der "Universal Accessibility" Check im Fall B bei mir keine Warnung
gibt, dass ein Alternativtext fehlt, könnte es sein, dass Fall A und
Fall B verschieden behandelt werden.
