Für mich klingt das Ganze nach einer korrupten Datei.
Da gibt es zwei Ansatzmöglichkeiten:
1. das ODT mit einem Zipper öffnen und in der content.xml die besagt
stelle suchen und den Fehler (wenn du was verdächtiges findest)
korrigieren.
2. das komplette Dokument kopieren, als unformatierten Text in ein
neues Dokument einfügen und alles wieder mühsam formatieren ... :(
Version 2 wäre natürlich die sauberste Lösung.
