Ich weiß nicht, ob ich Dich richtig verstehe, aber wenn ich z. B. die
Standardvorlage so ändern möchte, dass alle Zellen eine Doppelumrandung
haben, gehe ich so vor:
Formatvorlagen (F11) > Standard (unter Zellvorlagen, ganz links) >
Ändern > Umrandung > Stil einstellen (Doppellinie) > Linienanordnung wählen
Da gibt es bei mir (Win7-64; LiBo 3.5.5.3) keine Probleme.
